Enjoying optimal sexual health is a key to prevent prostate cancer
Since solitary sex (masturbation) has had medical and ethical concerns doing its rounds in a society pretending to refrain from washing dirty laundry in public.
Did You Know, That Masturbation Is Healthy? Do you remember the film Wolf of wall street?
Exactly! It works as it is described.
Does masturbation cause prostate cancer?
NO! Research suggests that the more often men ejaculate, the less likely they are to have the disease.

Masturbation / Ejaculation reduces risks of prostate cancer
According to more study, men who ejaculated more than 21 times in a month were 33% less likely to develop prostate cancer than men who ejaculated 4-7 times a month.
Does ejaculation help prevent prostate cancer
In sleep or while masturbating, ejaculation can help prevent prostate cancer, and to a great extent especially in older men. Here we look at how many times you must ejaculate to reduce the risk of the deadly cancer.
The scientists found that men who ejaculated 21 or more times a month enjoyed a 33% lower risk of prostate cancer compared with men who reported four to seven ejaculations a month throughout their lifetimes.

How many times men must ejaculate to prevent prostate cancer?
YOUNGER MEN NEED TO EJACULATE AT LEAST 21 TIMES A MONTH:
Another study showed that men in their 20s who ejaculated over 21 times a month reduced their risk of developing prostate cancer by 19 per cent as compared to the ones who did less than seven times!
GOOD NEWS FOR MEN IN 40s:
If you are in 40s, ejaculating as much can reduce your risk even further as it does so by a whopping 22 per cent.
EJACULATING EVERY DAY?
Another study conducted in Australia found that men aged below 70 who ejaculated 4.6 to seven times a week decreased their risk of prostate cancer by 36 per cent!
This was in comparison to men who ejaculated 2.3 times a week on average or less.
More research is needed to determine what’s responsible for the link, but it might be that more frequent clearing of the prostate—through ejaculation—could cut the chances that tumor-triggering infections may develop there, says study author Jennifer R. Rider, Sc.D., M.P.H.
We do not mean to indicate that the more times you ejaculate, the better your health will be. This is because if you are masturbating/having sex so much that it becomes an addictive behavior, it could be troublesome.
2. Masturbation relieves pain
With orgasms, endorphins are released. Endorphins are morphine-like compounds that serve as our body’s natural painkillers and also give you a sense of pleasure. This means your best kept secret (read: masturbation) can help you forget about your migraine or other kind of pain (both women and men).
3. Improves sexual performance
Pelvic floor muscles stretch like a hammock from your tail bone at the back to your pelvic bone in front. Stronger pelvic floor muscles give you better control during sex. However, with age these muscles weaken causing sexual dysfunction in women and erectile dysfunction in men. Polishing the pearls (read: clitoris stimulation) or beating the bishop (read: penis stimulation) can contract and strengthen these muscles and, hence, improve your performance in the sack.
Your partner will appreciate your diligent preparation.
4. Ejaculation induces restful sleep
For up to an hour after an orgasm (including masturbation-induced orgasms) prolactin is increased in both men and women.7 8 Prolactin reduces your sexual drive, causes you to feel exhausted, and helps you catch some very welcome kip.9
You just found a scapegoat for staying an extra hour in bed, didn’t you?
5. Fires up your libido
Nitric oxide (NO) is produced in the linings of your blood vessels and. It dilates your blood vessels to increase blood flow and very important for libido.10 (NO is the neurotransmitter of erection.) When you’re healthy, your body produces more NO. As you age and your health deteriorates, NO levels fall. Masturbation helps maintain high levels of NO in your blood stream, keeping your carnal fire alive.
6. Reduces stress
Dopamine, a neurotransmitter (a nervous system messenger), is released during masturbation. Being responsible for the brain’s reward and pleasure pathways, increased levels of dopamine trigger the stress response by activating adrenaline. You, thus, feel relief from anxiety and stress.
7. Increases WBCs in men
According to a study, masturbation-induced orgasms increase the number of natural killer cells (type of WBCs) in men. This translates to a stronger immune system and better resistance to disease, including a pesky cold.
8. Improves sperm quality
Within 3 days after sex, men are likely to masturbate and are even more likely to do so within 2 days before the next time they have sex.
Weird random studies? Not really. A study suggests that this is how men ensure that only their most fit sperm inseminate their partners.11 Masturbation removes the older, suboptimal, unfit sperm. Think of it like as a competitive strategy for the most desirable women. So contrary to myth, masturbation improves sperm quality.
Can you get addicted to masturbation?
Yes! In search of those easy-to-access endorphins, you may find your hand slipping into your pants more often than you intend. This may interfere with you reaching climax when having sex with a partner. Seek counseling if you recognize the following warning signs:
It’s important to try your hand at a host of techniques (no pun intended) or you may become unresponsive to unfamiliar techniques your partner may use during intercourse.
Before your sexual health gets out of hand, get past the taboo and take matters into your own hands.

Caffee is a natural home remedy to decrease the risk of enlarged prostate
People who consumed more than 6 cups of coffee daily decreased the risk of an enlarged prostate by 20%. Besides, the chance of developing a prostate cancer form also reduced by 60%. A prostate cancer, in fact, can develop quickly and then spread to various organs in your body.
If you consume 1 to 3 cups per day, the risk of this condition can be decreased by 30%. Nevertheless, it is recommended by many medical experts that you should not consume too much coffee to keep this disease at bay because coffee can trigger several health problems if consuming it too much.
