Weight Lifting:
If anyone wishes to have stronger bones with a toned and feminine body, then make your way to weight lifting. It boosts up your metabolism which makes your body look great. Weight lifting is all divided into 30-40 categories to tone different parts of body like arms, legs, core, back, chest, shoulders etc. Before weight lifting, warming up is very essential or it may cause internal injuries to the body.
Sprint Running:
It strengthens the cardiovascular system and helps in burning calories. It also increases muscle mass and stamina and works on your immune system too.
Sprint running is most effective with good posture.
